I read all the negative post about this place. Yeah it's not a palace. BUT It's a place to live where people that don't have a lot of money for rent can live. As for the run down trailers, they are working on that. And as for the pot holes it takes heavy equipment they don't have to take care of gravel.
It's a dump. Not keep up empty old trailers, large pot holes never been fixed, yards not been cleaned up in years.
Nice place to live nice neighbors but be careful there are potholes!
