It's run down and the Manager is kind of shady. The location could have a lot of potential to be really nice being basically across the street from the lake. Maybe someday someone who has better people skills would take it over. Until then, you have methed up people and questionable people running it.
Wasn't impressed with the course. Greens on front 9 we're poor. Back 9 in great shape. Too expensive for the experience
