Please save your money and go somewhere else. This place was wonderful back then before the owner started to get MONEY HUNGRY. There used to be spaces in between trailers and no there’s not. There’s NO SPACE AT ALL. There’s also no parking for your car. And no privacy. Houses KEEP GETTING BREAK INTO. The neighbors are so loud especially at night… the community pool is always so dirty and never taken care off. Please save your money and don’t live in candlelight village, there’s absolutely no space at all anymore.
Do not go there! My ex gf got house broke into twice in 5 days. Front office socks. Save your money go elsewhere.
Things seemed as they were going well at the beginning . Did my application, stayed in contact with the owner but then he kept pushing date back on an already ready home. Never returned my phone calls after i gave him every piece of information required, i tried over and over to contact him to know when i can move in and he never gave me a final decision just kept having new issues so why i couldn’t move in on a date. Bad business!
I have been a resident for 8 years. Never had a major issue until November of this year. Property management sent me a $556 water bill for November. When I went to inquire about it they checked my meter and said it needed to be replaced. However they have sent me to collections. Why in the entire hell would I pay for a mistake they made??? I'm prepared to go to court about this charge. I will not be bullied into paying this outrageous bill. The property manager has not been helpful. His name is Darren and he's been lying to me and giving me the run around. Also my December bill is $33... now you tell me what's wrong with this picture??? This is the worst property management team I've encountered since I've been a resident.
This was a nice place to live back in 2017. Ever since Sara G. Left the office this place has went downhill. Then they switched owners from Sun Community to this MHC. HORRIBLE. The current receptionist has no knowledge and is impatient and rude. She cuts you off. They won’t let you talk to the manager. I send emails. All they want to do is say you owe this and that. No communication and no respect for the tenants. Then they won’t even give you a cooperate office phone number to speak with. They literally send you a billing statement and you pay what is said you owe and then they turn around and say oh no you should have called u actually owe a different amount. Oh and also once they know your number and if they don’t want to talk to you they won’t answer. So unless you are unemployed, you won’t be able to talk to them again. HORRIBLE! -5 stars….very ghetto I do not recommend!
