Management had changed hands from the woman previously in charge. Unfortunately since then, if it wasn't obvious before the change its obvious now these tenents are looked down on and worth nothing in the eyes of management. Hopefully you're thinking of what could back those claims so read carefully. Not a single "improvement to the park" has ever been carried out (unless you count pouring a bucket of gravel into 10 foot wide 3 foot deep pot hole). Yet the people living here are charged more, sontaniously for greed ridden "improvements" which are obviously dishonest. Deceitful predatory business practices to ring out lower income tenants and boost park co-owner bonuses are the name of the game here. Skirting is non-existent on nearly all trailers. Roads are essentially sink holes we are gaslight into believing are functional roads. Not a single tenant here has not had their personal vehicle directly damaged by these "roads". Keep in mind every one of these tenants had been charged more for the upkeep of these basic things. Pick any trailer and it has some quality of life issue. Even the new ones. All of them literally just point at one. For things such changing oil with your vehicle pulled up too close to your trailer. You could have your lease cut. This park now suffers from the pushing out of the people who have lived here for a long time for the convince different tenants. Don't move here unless you absolutely have to. This place used to awesome and have great community but it's all down hill. They don't care about you. There is no help to fix things if you call so don't even bother.

Huge potholes all throughout the park. Pigs run through the park and mess with the skirting/underneath the trailers. Maintenance doesn't do their job well. It's quite a mess.

We are living here for a few months while we wait on our house to be finished, and it's been a positive experience. Very quiet, secluded, people are charming, laid back atmosphere, etc... love it so far. Management has been great and timely with any issues... The roads do suck because of potholes and such, but that was discussed before even signing anything. I recommend this place. :)

so the roads here are terrible. the park managers claim the park is broke and cant fix the roads BUT buy new mobile homes instead of improving the park and the almost non existent roads that are filled with pot holes. as a condition for new tenants you have to sign a waiver for any damages caused to your vehicle due to their poor roads. dont believe the 5 star ratings that have no actual review. this trailer park needs major revamping and they will charge tenants money to remove their scrap metal only to pile it up behind the office.

Prairie creek village is a great place to live. Very adorable. It's not ran down. Everyone's easy to get along with.
