Customer Reviews
Up until a couple of years ago a 5 Star rating would have been pretty accurate, now the place is in bankruptcy, Provident State Bank owns it and they seem content with doing absolutely NOTHING or as close to nothing as they possibly can to maintain it. The roads are deteriorating, tree limbs are broken and hanging from trees. The ditches and culverts and are in such bad shape that anytime we get a heavy rain the streets flood. If we get two or three days of heavy rain you’ll see standing water for a week or more which has been a great breeding ground for mosquitoes. There is a large field in the back that WAS wonderful for walking dogs or just plain walking, I say was because they used to mow it three or four times every summer, not anymore. The weeds and brush are now four and five feet tall. In the morning, if you try and walk through it, you’re soaked with the dew that has collected over night not to mention all the briars. This place probably needs at least $300,000 put into it in maintenance, AT LEAST. No one cares.
