Fairly quiet. Popular with families who have small kids running around. Camp sites are close together. Good for walking trails, picnics, grilling, and playground. Boating and fishing available.
This park is BUGGY! We are experienced campers so spiders and bugs don't bother us, but this park is another story. Be prepared if you're not covered in Deet you will be swarmed.
Nice and quiet area to tent camp and relax. No electricity or water and maybe a little closer to your neighbors than I would have liked but it was an enjoyable stay
Only $18.50 for a tent site. Close to town (about a mile to walmart) with a lot of bicycle paths and a real in the woods feel. For pits at each site and a place to buy wood on site. Such a gem!
Arrived later in day 15 minutes .Drove thru walked down to amphitheater by water.
