Lot Lease Management: Residents typically lease the land on which their manufactured home is situated. This lease covers the right to occupy the specific lot within the park and often includes access to common park areas and infrastructure.
Common Area Maintenance: Standard practice in mobile home parks includes the maintenance of shared infrastructure such as internal roads, lighting in common areas, and general landscaping of communal spaces. This contributes to the overall appearance and navigability of the park.
Utility Facilitation: While individual homes are usually metered separately for electricity, and sometimes gas, the park typically facilitates access to essential utilities such as water and sewer services. Trash collection is also commonly arranged by park management, simplifying waste disposal for residents.
Community Infrastructure: The park provides the necessary infrastructure for manufactured homes, including paved or gravel pads for homes, and connections for utilities like water, sewer, and electricity.
On-Site or Accessible Management: While the nature and quality of management interaction can vary, as highlighted in some reviews, manufactured home parks generally have a management structure in place to oversee park operations, address resident inquiries, and enforce community rules. Customer Reviews
The worst manager / owner there possibly could be. Cares nothing about the people in his park who have paid his bills for many years. He wants everyone out by any means necessary to include criminal conduct. He is a liar and one of the worst people you would ever meet. Smile in your face and stab you in the back!!!
I never been at this place but I hope the manager knows that he has a tenant that's a thief and he robbed from me. I hope one Day he kicks him out
Let's just say this mobile park is transitioning...perhaps Tiny Houses or Container homes are on the horizon
