Rainbow Ranch Campground, as a niche, adult-oriented destination that often hosts specific event weekends, structures its pricing and offerings somewhat differently than a traditional family campground. While specific, broadly advertised "promotions" in the form of discounts might not be prevalent, their "offers" are often built into their event pricing, long-term stay options, and transparent policies. Based on the provided reviews, here's what prospective visitors should expect regarding pricing and offers:
- Event Weekend Minimum Stays: For "event weekend," there is a "Minimum 2 nights" charge. This is a common practice for campgrounds hosting special events to ensure full utilization and fair pricing during high-demand periods.
- Long Weekend Minimum Stays: During "Long weekends," there's a "minimum 3 nights charge." Similar to event weekends, this policy helps manage demand and provides clarity on pricing for popular holiday periods.
- Additional Person Charges for Cabins: The "office lady said, any additional person inside a cabin pays extra $15 a night." This is a standard policy for managing occupancy and associated resource usage, ensuring fair pricing based on the number of guests.
- Competitive Rates for Permanent Spots: The review mentioning "I have a permanent spot here" suggests that the campground offers long-term or seasonal rates, which are typically more cost-effective than daily or weekly stays, catering to guests who wish to make it a regular retreat.
- Value in Community and Experience: While not a monetary discount, the "nice people," "very sweet and friendly staff," and "very relaxing" atmosphere are intrinsic values that act as a strong "offer" for those seeking a specific type of social and recreational experience.

April 13, 2025 men's only weekend It was a very busy weekend at Rainbow 🌈 ranch. Nice people. We loved it ❤. Friday night was cold and Saturday night was nice.. The VIP play area is now called Barby's.. no longer VIP. Inside looks like a entertaining place. No more free drinks, no more porno movies. The back sex area still looks the same. Friday night no one played, Saturday night just a few guys played in the back at Barby's During the day the pool was busy but not many people in the cold water. Pool is not heated. The small cabins have a queen side comfortable bed, a small fridge and a microwave. The office lady said, any additional person inside a cabin pays extra $15 a night. Minimum 2 nights in any event weekend. Long weekends there's a minimum 3 nights charge. Overall, the campground looks nice, well maintained.. The staff employees are very sweet and friendly. We do recommend it... The lake view is beautiful. very relaxing ❤❤❤❤🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
I've always loved coming here. And now I have a permanent spot here. Which I truly enjoy. Everyone is very nice.
We were a group of 15 that stayed in the house and tents. When we arrived we were all told about a wedding taking place and that we were invited. Mind you it’s still a camping ground and we planned to have fun and enjoy the amenities. First issue was being told to “make it quick” when entering the ladies room near the pavilion when the wedding was about to start second was asking us to turn off our music for the wedding (if you wanted an intimate and quiet ceremony then why not rent out the entire campground?!?) we respected it and cut our fishing and kayaking short. Third reception time! Our entire friend group came out to the pavilion to support and we really got the party going once our friends started dancing but that was short lived when the Dj and another guy told us to keep it classy because it was a wedding in a rude manner. Vicki took it upon herself to grab me and single me out when I wasn’t the one dancing or who the guys were referring to and while grabbing me she was yelling in my face to back up but still holding me at the same time and told me that she worked there and would have me kicked out. I said no problem we were leaving anyway. It was then she realized that I was part of the group of 15 and shortly apologized and asked us to stay but the damage was already done and we were humiliated and left anyway. We have friends that have been going for 10 plus years and we’re all in disbelief about the entire situation.
A perfect example of love, understanding and cooperation. I had an absolute fabulous time and was made to feel welcomed with open arms by everyone I met. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a wonderful time. It was well planned and organized. I will be telling all my friends about my experience and I look forward to going back in the future.
Just 2 hours south of Dallas and a world away! A friendly campground with several shower/bathroom facilities and a central meeting place with the Pavilion/Pool combo area. Beautiful views of the lake with a cute little dock.
