The tenants need to stop being so complacent though, the trash area is a disaster, and the maintenance guy has got to be tired of picking up all the discarded items that tenants cant simply put INSIDE the trash bins. Speaking if him though, this ex Marine that takes care of the place does a great job from the grass to the snow, all year around he takes care of the whole park and I hear it's not the only park he tends to. This park has on site laundry which is so convenient for all tenants who choose to utilize this luxury. The management might want to tighten up though, the posted business hours for the office are more often than less incorrect as the office is locked up and empty on numerous occasions due to the absence of employed personal.

The tenants here also have a hard time respecting the dumpster area and when it snows in the winter the park isn't always plowed when need be. The assistant manager here is very respectful and kind, also very understanding. Her alone makes this place a great place to live
