I’ve lived here for 3 decades now and I’m trying to bring a new home into the park. I’ve been here through a few different owners and the current owners by far are the most difficult to work with and the least willing to help the residents. They refuse to fix our flooding driveway or bring our lot up to code for the new home to be brought into the community. Instead they are going to make me pay to update their owned lot just to put my home on it and I still can’t fix the driveway. They are getting lax with background checks and I’ve noticed problematic new residents so that the community is no longer as clean and quiet as it has been in the past and they seem unwilling to deal with issues residents bring to their attention that new residents are having occupants living with them that are not listed in the lease and playing loud music. The water the last few years has been horrible with discoloration and smell to the point where we have facet filters on all of our faucets and some residents refuse to even give it to their pets and instead buy bottled water. The water has been an issue since at least 2019 and still isn’t fixed.

Roads are in desperate need of repairs or leveled off, it seems to be a safety concern since there a lot of elderly in the community

Very peaceful and well kept grounds. The manegement is great, when I had issues they delt with them very quickly and professionaly. This is also a very dog friendly place.
