They constantly harass you. I advise everyone to record your conversations and start videoing. Also, call the police for harassment as well. I have not lived here since 2019 and they are STILL harassing me. Edited 12/24/2024 to add: please believe me. I have not lived here for over 5 years at this point and they have still tried to evict me in 2021/2022, and tried to sue me for back rent that was owed 8/2022-6/2023. The judge (who oversaw the eviction and the civil suit) saw through what they were trying to do and dismissed both cases against me. I added a pic of part of the letter from the court that found me not liable for what they were suing me for. If they try to do anything else against me, believe me, I will file a civil suit for harassment.

Unfortunately I have had to amend my review, as it seems the bad review I ignored moving in - is actually the correct one - so buyer beware!! 😱 Sadly this is a highly corrupt & greedy company, and they absolutely prey on low-income people. They will move you in on a good deal, even knowing you are on a fixed income - then continually raise your rates till you no longer can afford your lot rent, and then take your trailer when they put you out on the street. That is the kind of people running this company - you have been warned! 🤔 After knowingly moving me in on disability with a fixed income, in 3 years time my lot rent has gone up $100; and going into the 4th year now, they are raising it another $50 - at this point not only aware that I have been going without food just to make their previous increases, but also that I will no longer be able to afford my bills at all now - choosing to cause one person to go without food/shelter, so that they can have a few more sips of their favorite brand of champagne.... deplorable really.

Rhey look good in pictures but not when you actually go to see it in person. The trailers are TREMENDOUSLY SMALL!!! Even 1 person alone in a 3bdrm here would feel cramped up. The trailers are ran down/worn out badly. Only a few trailers look newer which still doesn't help the view in here. The yards don't look good nor clean. This park really puts the trailer trash into definition. Sadly, it truly does. This ain't the only one though, but you'd think for how small these trailers are & the lack of maintenance these trailers here would be priced right. Heck no they aren't they are incredibly expensive. The only thing good seems to be the park which don't look all that good & wouldn't ever send my kids to it nope no thank ya & the pool which doesn't seem to ever have people in it. At all. Whenever I visit here I cringe. I am in the middle of the pandemic still trying to get my best friend out of here. Soon I can only hope!
