This review is partial, as I just got off the phone making a reservation. So far- outstanding. I won’t actually arrive for several weeks after I write this. I must throw out there already- If my stay is anything like my experience making the reservation, I am in for a great stay. I believe I spoke with May(? I hope I got her name correct) and she was cheerful and helpful. I accidentally hung up on her, and she was really cool about it. I am looking forward to my arrival, and I will be sure to update my review as time progresses

There was a lot of open area and grass for my dog to sniff around in. It's a great park to be during spring rain with excellent drainage. The staff was very helpful. The park was clean and well kept. The sewer receptacle was way uphill and made draining difficult and more frequent because of the weak gravity. Also, I was boxed in to a dirt patch on my entryway that turned into mud during rain. I think they need to put sod down or gravel before leasing that site out again. I would stay again and recommend the park but would check first the pad is covered in grass/gravel and that i have a downhill sewer receptacle.

Recommended for those traveling for work. Clean RV park, everyone is quiet for the most part. You have those few people who like to tie their dogs up outside unattended and just let them bark on and off all damn day. Other than that not bad.

Cons: 1) you can’t sit outside because there is a very strong smell of poop wafting everywhere. 2) they charge a pet fee (a new policy) but don’t disclose it before completing the reservation (you see the fee when you receive your receipt.) If they charge a pet fee, they could use that money to make an effort to make the property not smell like poop. 3) the showers are SO POORLY designed. The shower area is literally 2’x2’ (the handicapped spot isn’t even large enough to fit a wheelchair inside. The door opens INWARDS so you have to do gymnastics to enter the shower and close the door. 4) Bathrooms are NOT cleaned thoroughly. There was a solid layer of dust on every flat surface of the shower that was THICK BLACK as it drained. And two of the women’s showers smelled of urine. There is only one working restroom in the park and yet they can’t properly clean even the ONE bathroom. 5) the sites are VERY narrow. I parked with my wheels an inch from the edge on the utility side and I still don’t have enough room to step out of my rig except onto the grass. (See #1…clearly there is a dog poop problem and cats that roam freely. I’m not stepping on the grass to accidentally step on poop.) 6) there is a gate that requires a code to enter the main entrance but the entrance by the storage facility is open 24/7, there isn’t even a pin pad at that entrance. 7) sewer hole is on an uphill slant, so even with graded risers, you must manipulate your stinky slinky to drain it. 8) You do not feel welcome when you check in, it is clear you are viewed merely as a transaction. But they were quick to send a text the night before checkout to try to get you to stay more nights Pros: 1) water pressure is decent 2) convenient to downtown 3) sites are level
