Customer Reviews
Sweet little campground in sweet little Gays Mills. Beautiful vistas of the bluffs, set along the winding Kickapoo River. Hiking nearby as well as canoeing. Also museum of the Kickapoo right next door. Serene!
4 stars just because it was very buggy. I got tons of mosquito bites. Bring bug spray. There’s a handful of picnic tables and a couple of grills.
Great quiet campground. Tent camping was awesome with the family.
Great lil fishin spot... Just watch for snags! Lots of decent Pike and some real good sized Smallies... Those are NOT Water Moccasins so please be kind to our Water Snakes! Have fun but be safe... Strong currents!
Nice little clean park in a very cool spot within the city. The nearby river and dam were really nice and the park was well-maintained. Plenty of burn pits and park benches. Our only issue was that the restroom facilities were closed for the season (middle of August) and we had to walk to another park nearby to use the restrooms there. Really cool park though and a good price.
