Very nice campground for whatever accommodations. The sites are nonelectric so generators or chargers are needed. Some of the sites are nicely shaded, all have a fire ring and picnic table. All were level. Latrine toilet and porta potty at the end opposite the entrance. No bathhouse, so you can plan your cleanliness level. Would definitely return. The park marina store is nearby for ice and supplies. Great place to stay for Ohio Renaissance Festival.

What's cool about this campground is the seclusion. The main campground will be packed and no one will be at the horse camping leaving plenty of space and privacy.

Great place to camp but it isn't your typical camp ground. Respect the horses. Loud noises, pets off leash, trash that horses may eat or even plastic bags blowing can spook horses. Just be aware. This isn't your typical camp ground
