They have managed to squeeze so many trailers into this park. You can literally walk out of your front door and directly in you neighbors back door. Parking is crazy. Very dark at night. No well lit streets. People are literally right on top of each other.

Really lookin for a place seeing as Pinehurst has fallen.the lady who runs the front desk is very helpful in trying to help.updated;2/23/22 " ever heard the expression " shining sh#t" ats wats going on now.3 property managers in 1 year,nothing gets done with maintenance, rent increase, noisy noisy neighbors, but still nothing gets done.(in pinehurst, not Royal park)

Quiet at the time I went to pick up some papers from someone but the area was somewhat dull; could be more appealing.
