This place is a dump. They have some blond hair chick always walking a dog and looking for drugs. Management is terrible. Go by their trailer and you will definitely get high. Always smoking weed. Avoid this place.

May 07, 2025 · Rob BrownManagement at RV Park of Kingwood is very hypocritical and judgmental!!! When we arrived, the manager’s face was visibly disgusted when she saw our RV. This was our first encounter with a Texan after driving 15 hrs, so it was pretty disheartening to us. We were approved by their partner RV park which was full at the time, but they stated that this park in Kingwood had spots open. She was in shock that our RV got approved because of her age, yet around 50% of the RVs in the park are around the same age. She stated that they were grandfathered in. The list of rules state no window units, no tarps, clean your rv if it’s dirty, etc. Again, a large amount of RVs in the park had window units, a few had tarps, and multiple ones were visibly dirty. Personally, I don’t mind about any of that stuff, but you cannot let some bend the rules & not let others. As well, our electricity stopped working one night and I never received a response about it. Thankfully, our kind neighbor knew the owner of the park and was able to help us get the breaker fixed. Yet, when the management thought that we were plugged into the wrong outlet, She had no problems with contacting me about that issue asap! We were plugged into the correct outlet. The cord was wrapped around the post due to the major flooding our spot received from a pipe busting. She also stated “Hi there kids, I saw that…” in the message. There is no reason to be disrespectful to us by calling us kids when she assumed we were plugged into the wrong outlet. We only stayed the month that was agreed upon then we found a much better park in the nearby area. Otherwise, all of our neighbors were super friendly!
Feb 09, 2023 · Emily PetakIt's a great location that back's right-up to Kingwood. We have gravel and new concrete lots that different a bit in price. There is currently a new area laid out and steadily being worked on for completion. There's always a fantastic sky view to capture, day or night. This property is the best overall RV park for miles. We are blessed with FREE laundry in the Washroom. Also there's a shower for men and one for women (opens at 9 am & closes at 9 pm.) To say we have great management, is a understatement. They are absolutely amazing..!!
