I've lived here for over 5 years, going on 6.. It's quiet, haven't had any crime issues. Any issue with the trailer has always been promptly taken care of. I enjoy a low rent and it helps me maintain my budget.

Very friendly, and will do anything to help you if you have a problem. Landlords are very down to earth and understanding, and the maintenance workers are quick when it comes to repairs. They also do a great job of notifying renters of any situations that are occurring and I honestly feel safe living here. I once left for a month and a half and forgot to lock my front door and when i came back nothing was out of place and I didn't worry to much about it while I was away because I knew everyone who lived in the park is friendly and neighborly. Also during that time when I wasn't there Tammy and her maintenance staff noticed a problem with my camper, not only did they notify me about it, but they also resolved the problem so it would not cause any damage to my property. If that problem had been left untreated no damage would have came to their property , but mine would have been destroyed, so I cant thank them enough for how much they truly do care. Great place for anyone to live. Please take note that the only people that have left negative reviews are those that did not pass the background check and were frustrated. If anything take those reviews as proof that Tammy runs a very safe place and that it will continue to be safe while you live there.

Smells like Marijuana in the front of the park and cat litter in the back of the park. However, it is clean and doesn't scare me at all. Plus, the folks I visited were fabulous! (In the back of the park, of course)

Did a year and a half in here. As most others have stated: Management is a real piece of work if not a joke. Rude would not begin to describe the woman, Tammy. What the others have posted is true. She'll belittle you, talk down to you and burn you anyway she possibly can. Maintenance, if you can call them that, do trash work. When it rains you'll need buckets throughout your trailer. We also had to jump over a hole in our bathroom because if you didn't you would fall through the floor. Be prepared and stocked up with rat traps and bug bombs If you decide to live here. Truly, 1 star is too generous for this place.

I was a resident there for 2 years and i paid off my rent in advance 1 year at a time. This is by far the WORST PLACE TO LIVE. I have seen homeless people maintain their own belongings better than the landlord Tammy managers her places. She is rude, belittles the tenants, and when repairs are needed they give some excuse as to why they can't fix it till months later. I had to live my last 6 months there with BLACK MOLD in my back room. When i complained they said that they couldn't do anything about it. They even tried withholding my money from me when i over paid on the lease saying i damaged the house because of the mold. But when approached by my lawyer she hastily gave me my money that was over paid. Tammy is a slum lord and is the worst person that should not have a rental property anywhere. If i could i would give this place 0 stars.
