The management will tell you lies and make promises to get you to purchase a home. However, once the papers are signed they break all the promises and the only time they will deal with you is when your payments are due. I wish I had asked around and had spoken to present and past residents before I bought the money pit they sold us.

Don't know never lived there, but I hear rent is too high, maintenance up keep on roads and drainage is bad , not much freedom there no carports or garages , the size of pets shouldn't matter, I'm sorry I couldn't live there

It is quite and clean and you have a nice lot size ,water ,sewer ,trash pick up is included in your lot rent,and less than 10 minutes from shopping
