I lived there for about 13 years, under new owner ship things change. Lot rent is cheeper than renting in this area. we also pay water, Not a bad place tho I like it! We have the VA within walking distance, Madeira Beach is close by and Walmart's right around the corner. One block north is the bus stop!

THIS IS A TWO PART REVIEW ABOUT TWO DIFFERENT PARKS. I JUST WANTED TO MAKE THIS CLEAR. FIRST I LOVED LIVING AT BICKLEY PARK BEFORE THE NEW MANAGER MADE PEOPLE THAT DIDN'T HAVE NEW TRAILERS MOVE THEM OUT OF THE PARK. I HAD JUST PAINTED MINE AND THE WHOLE THING FROM THE FRAME UP HAD BEEN REBUILT. IT LOOKED VERY NICE AND EVEN THE TIRES WERE NEW. THE OLD MANAGERS WERE THE ONES THAT MADE ME PAINT IT. THEN THEY TURNED AROUND AND GAVE ABOUT 10 FAMILIES EVICTION NOTICES STATING ALTHOUGH OUR PLACES LOOKED VERY NICE, THEY WERE JUST TO OLD. WHAT A PITY THOSE TWO LOVERS RUINED WHAT ONCE WAS A BEAUTIFUL FAMILY THAT WE ALL HAD BECOME. EVERYONE HELPED EVERYONE WITH ANYTHING THEY COULD. IT'S A SHAME THE LAWYERS FOR BICKLEY PARK LET THEM STEAL MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM THE PARK AND THEN LET THE TWO WALK AWAY WITHOUT HAVING TO GO TO JAIL! I HEAR THE NEW MANAGER IS VERY NICE AND CARING. NOW I LIVE AT SEMINOLE MOBILE HOME PARK AND IT IS A VERY QUIET, FULL OF LOVELY OLD TREES AND THE MANAGER IS EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL. HE WORKS VERY HARD TO KEEP THE SEMINOLE MOBILE HOME PARK LOOKING CLEAN AND KEPT UP. YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR A MORE CARING PERSON AND IT SHOWS EVERY DAY IN HOW HE TREATS US AS TENANTS.
