First off the ladies offended me with her first question of do I have pets I said I had an indoor cat she wanted her to be declawed I don't think so. She's indoor and if she's outside she's on the leash with me that's the bottom line I also told her that every family out in the United States all of them has at least a pet or two and that's just comes with the territory she does not like animals. She said she's too old to put up with drama she came off like she was a rude person that knows more than you and you can't get a point across. There is a one year lease and you have to have your camper underpinned and skirted which is not a problem but she also wanted me to put a $5,000 patio out front for image reasons. I've done this 7 years full time as a traveler and believe me when it comes to tenant and landlord the landlord can make your life a living hell if they're not a decent fair-minded person and always trying to tell you what to do like you're 10 years old how to walk and talk etc that I am not going to put up with respect is a two-way street but these landlords think that they own you and they can control you any way they feel like and that's just wrong people should be able to pay for their lot and live their peacefully without having to worry about an angry landlord and having to please them or be like in order to stay in their Park
