When it comes to promotions and special offers, Spook Cave & Campground primarily focuses on value through its comprehensive amenities and consistent pricing, rather than frequent, fluctuating discounts. However, there are aspects to consider that can enhance the value of your stay:
- Inclusive Lake Use: Camping rates often include the lake use fee for swimming, fishing, and paddling, providing added value.
- Holiday Weekend Surcharges: Be aware that an additional charge of $10/unit/night applies for holiday weekends, which typically require a minimum 3-night stay.
- Seasonal Site Availability: For those looking for extended stays, seasonal sites may be available. Interested parties should contact the office directly for specific information and rates, as this can often be a cost-effective option for frequent visitors.
- Cabin vs. Campsite Rates: While cabin rates are separate, they offer another lodging option within the resort, and sometimes packages might be available that bundle a cabin stay with cave tours.
- Booking Online: The campground encourages online reservations, requiring a deposit equal to the first night's stay, which guarantees your campsite or cabin.
- Sunday Late Checkout: Spook Cave & Campground often permits a Sunday late check-out at no additional charge (subject to availability, always check at the office), allowing for a more relaxed departure.

Customer Reviews
Brent was a great tour guide. Happy Birthday! Super nice and good at his job.
We were there for a week. Friends from Michigan joined us. As they were all hooked up and leaving with their RV and their jeep hooked up behind it the air brakes malfunctioned on their rig and brakes wouldn’t release. Called several places for help, some would not travel to us, some wouldn’t work on an RV or air brakes. I happened to see the owner driving in, Russ, and flagged him down. He made some calls and had help out to us in an hour and a half. Our friends wound up staying an additional night for the repairs but I don’t know what we would have done if not for Russ. This is an amazing, clean, beautifully maintained camp ground! Sites are awesome! Cave tour is great! Cabins are awesome! The owners are wonderful, friendly, and helpful! Highly recommend and we’ve been there twice and look forward to reserving next year! Highly recommend! Hidden gem right here!
We really like this camp ground. Stream runs through, waterfall, fishing lake and many others. Great location for a base in the fall to drive to the river for fall leave viewing. Kids have taken the cave tour and stayed in a cabin. We take the camper. There is train tracks that run next to camp ground and trains do come through occasionally. Great playground area with nice equipment.
We really enjoyed our stay here at Spook Cave. We camp in lots of different places and I felt this was a very clean, well kept campground. They take pride in their location and to us, it showed with how neat and clean everything was. The Cave tour was great! We had Cole the first time and We had Brent our second round. Both did a great job and were very personable! You will have a great time if you go. BEULAH FALLS are beautiful and really cold which was great for our hot weather we had. The only downfall which isn't the campgrounds fault is there were lots of bugs (flies and mosquitos mostly). Prepare for citronella, bug soother spray( they sold it and it does work) and lots of swatting around if you don't. The only suggestion would be to use a different cleaner in the bathrooms for the smell if possible (ammonia smell was a little strong), however these were the cleanest bathrooms I've ever been to at a campground, so they may be onto something! I saw them working in there and they did a great job! Can't wait to return in the future. Great campground experience even with a torrential downpour!
We had the best time at SpookCave this morning! We took our three young children and four adults for the cave tour. There is a great playground and areas for the kids to play while waiting for your tour. We had Brody and he was great!! Very knowledgeable about the cave, its history, and had a great sense of humor! Definitely would recommend.
