Poor customer service the "property manager" is very rude and seems like she's always trying to find issues and gets so upset and talks rude to the residents that live here,she made a huge deal about us parking in the grass before we headed out on vacation but she parks in the grass most days and more than half the houses have a car in the grass.When Dana was here things were much better but i would like to shout out the maintenance people they do a real good job but one rotten apple can spoil a bunch

Shady Lane, in the past 6 months has improved. Though I'm not a resident there but passing by daily i have seen the big change. I've also referred a few people there who now are residents and new home owners. This new management company who has taken over have done a great job. I recommend Strive Communities to everyone who in the market in buying a home. My friends have mention to me that the staff at Shady Lane are on point when it comes to maintenance and management.
This is a fabulous place to live I've never had landlords and take care of you this way. And Dana is a true sweetheart
Me and my wife been here 28yrs and its been good to us, its not intown nor to far out just enough to get the country feel😃
