St Johns Estates is a nice place to live. The park has been slowly making improvements over the last two years. The park is NOT filled with potholes anymore. The management team filled the holes in with crushed road gravel that has held up really nicely.

Everyone is rude and the landlord is very nosey as well as rude there park roads are really bad pot wholes every where

It is a place for some people to live but the mobile home some of them just fall apart and some of the residents get charged for plumbing above ground when it is not their problem it is the mobile home parks problem iwould not recommend anyone to live there also no one is in the office not at all so the residents have to call and leave a message and wait to hear from them to return their calls
