Promotions or Special Offers

St. Johns River Campground Inc offers clear and competitive pricing structures that serve as ongoing "specials" for various lengths of stay, providing excellent value for Floridians. While they may not always advertise flash sales, their rates are designed to be affordable for both short and extended visits.

  • Competitive Daily Rates: The base rates are set to be very accessible, with tent sites (water and electric) at $25.00 + tax per night, and full hookup RV sites (water, electric, sewer) at $50.00 + tax per night. Premium 50-amp sites are slightly higher at $58.00 + tax.
  • "Stay 6 Nights, Get 7th Night Free" Offer: This is a significant ongoing promotion that directly benefits visitors planning a week-long stay. By staying for six nights, guests receive the seventh night free, effectively reducing the per-night cost for weekly trips.
  • Reduced Weekly Rates: Beyond the "7th night free" special, the campground offers attractive weekly rates. For instance, a weekly stay at a full hookup RV site is $250.00 + tax, which is a considerable saving compared to paying the daily rate for seven days ($350 if not for the 7th night free, or $300 with the 7th night free).
  • Economical Monthly Rates: For Floridians seeking extended stays, especially during the peak "snowbird" season or for long-term enjoyment of the area, the monthly rates provide the best value. Monthly rates for full hookup RV sites are $450 + electric + tax. This makes it a very affordable option for those wanting to spend a month or more by the St. Johns River.
  • Cabin Rental Rates: The cabins also have structured pricing based on size, with small cabins starting at $100.00 + tax per night, medium at $125.00 + tax, and large/extra large at $140.00 + tax. These provide a great alternative for those without an RV or for groups.
  • Transparent Additional Fees: While not a "promotion," the clear breakdown of additional charges (e.g., $3.00 per extra person over two, $3.00 per day for A/C or electric heat, electric charged at 0.17 cents per kWh + $5 administration fee for monthly stays) allows guests to accurately budget for their trip.

It is always recommended to contact St. Johns River Campground Inc directly at (386) 749-3995 or visit their official website to confirm current rates, inquire about specific availability, and ask about any new or unadvertised promotions, especially during holidays or special local events when rates might be subject to change.

I arrived very late to the campground, but a very friendly maintenance man went out of his way to help me find my spot—such a relief after a long drive! The next morning, he even helped guide me to the best exit route. The office staff were equally friendly and helpful, making check-in and any questions easy to handle. The campground itself is quiet, with level campsites that made setup a breeze. Plus, it’s located right next to a beautiful lake, which added a peaceful, scenic touch to the whole weekend. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!
