While the overall experience at Stinkin Jim's is lauded for its unique offerings and friendly ambiance, it's important to note that some aspects of the accommodations have received feedback regarding cleanliness and facility upkeep. Concerns were also raised about the barn's lighting, suggesting "electricity needs to be restored to the barn to have full lighting when in use." These points highlight areas where improvements could further enhance the guest experience. However, despite these specific criticisms, the overriding positive sentiment about the "fun" had, the "peaceful get away," and the "GREAT people" suggests that the core value proposition of Stinkin Jim's as a unique and enjoyable retreat remains strong, with the potential for an even better experience with continued attention to detail in maintenance.

Cabin was rented for Friday Saturday and Sunday for 4 women .. horse riding trails. We had fun although the cabin had not been thoroughly cleaned . food and toiletries were left from the previous renters because they were coming back the next week. They had left food in the refrigerator and some bathroom supplies. We waited while owner was lite cleaning removing trash. Cabin really needs a good cleaning , dusting. spider web removal . Would be nice if cleaning supplies were left for the tenants to use during their stay. Shower and toilet needed to be cleaned better. Only Solar lights in the barn so it was dimly lit with the sunlight during the day. And the solar lights only spotlighted one area electricity needs to be restored to the barn to have full lighting when in use.

Mar 08, 2021 · Lindsey BruceVery kind and helpful people run the place. Safe place to overnight and ride. Had power and water, not far from the horses was a bonus. Not much around in the area, come with everything and stuff closes early also. Not a issue just a heads up for others.
Feb 14, 2019 · A WannerPosting one star. The cabin was extremely disgusting. They rented us a cabin they knew we were getting months ago yet chose to rent us a cabin workers were staying at. Food was left in cabin. We brought our own food and had to rearrange theirs to make room for ours. The shower was absolutely nasty. Yes we brought horses and went trail riding the trails are amazing. Cabin needs to be deep cleaned Dogs who lived off property were allowed to just run out and chase us and our dog.
