Scam. Paid $650 between deposit and first months rent on a lot listed as a mobile home lot. Was unable to move my trailer there because the electric hookups are regulated for campers. Landlord refuses to get them updated for mobile homes, refuses to respond, and refuses to refund my money. He STILL has these lots up for rent listed as mobile home lots do NOT give him any money until you personally verify he has updated the electric for the lots.

Stayed with my friend for a few months but they was there for over a year. The floor was caving in all through the house, front door floor when you walked in was almost completely gone. I ended up falling through a bedroom floor. They wouldn't replace windows, floor or anything they needed at all. One rooms wall to the outside of the house was exposed, her dad ended up having to fix it himself. Come to find out all the walls, floors and everything was rotted & they refused to fix anything, wanted them to agree to rent to own if they wanted to continue to stay and these people have a child. Had no heat & barley had air. Pretty much forced my friend out of her home. Terrible owners.

This is a edit 07/12/22, Good NEWS!!! The previous "property management" left at the beginning of the year. The new management has been left with many issues that were hidden from the owner & left undone. But, things are getting better here. I'm glad the owner & management didn't just condemn the trailer park, as many believed. They manage multiple properties & live off site, but they have found friendly employees who are working toward a better place to call home. This is going to be a good, safe, & maintained place to stay. Overall Stone Haven Mobile Home Park give me a place to live after I became homeless & can only get a SSI income. It was poorly run for the first 2 years of my time here. The owner is not the slumlord we were lead to believe he was. I'm on SSi & unable to work, so I have a fear that once they get me out of the deathtrap, that my rent will be to high for me to stay.
