The one review on here is from the owner herself. A bad experience all together for buying a place there. A total waste of time. Was told X amount of time and X amount of dollars. Day after to sign a contract and put money down we were told much more time and much more money. Could have bought a brand new mobile home for the amount... I've never had people message me when they could have made a quick phone call and let it be, instead she started tossing insults / got ignorant when things fell through. Be prepared to get lied to and have not have the owner here be straightforward whatsoever.
