Customer Reviews
i see a lot of bad reviews, yes there’s quite a few cats but they don’t bother you. they re did the parking spots so everyone had a spot with their number on it. fairly quick to send someone out to fix an issue. emails back in a reasonable time. i was confused about my rent one time, they emailed me back and explained and even sent a screen shot breaking it down. its quiet here, nice people.
It's getting worse the longer I'm here. Parking has been an issue since day one. They told me I had to buy or get out basically after 2 years of renting. Now that I've bought, lot rent increases every year. I was told "Market value." Meaning, they know our backs are against the wall and they can get away with it. This park doesn't offer ANY amenities that other parks do charging similar prices, but still think they're worth the cost. We can not keep a manager for anything. I cant count how many we've been through since I've lived here. Cats galore roaming around pooping in your yard and peeing on your porch, but the park don't handle that either. This park needs serious help. Not excuses and price hikes!
Filled with stray cats, water bill is outrageous, people are trashy, no park upkeep, the snow management is horrible, parking is so ridiculous that even the park management doesn't know how many vehicles can actually fit in thier park, and constantly try to shift spaces to outrageous locations forcing unnecessary snow removal down the sidewalk just to get into your car which will also be snow plowed in by incompetent snow removal. This park has been in steady decline for 20 years and is finally at the breaking point.
The parking seems very limited by commercial trucks that should be parked at the main parking lot. This park is so small it should have better restrictions on parking. I have one small vehicle need only a small space & I still have to grab a spot in front of where I live before some other driver does.
We have lived here for about 5 years now, its truly a nice place to live. The grounds are well kept and the people are so friendly. Peggy( from the office ) keeps everyone safe and happy. We have used the party room a couple times for Birthdays, low cost and very nice. If you are looking for a clean , Quiet and relaxing place to call home this is it.
