A beautiful place to live, with a lot of friendly Neighbors
Great small gated 55plus community. Lower than most lots rent and HOA fees. This community is a wonderful neighborhood. Onsite management is great. There is always something going on at the community center. You can be as active as you want.
Reasonably priced lot rentals. Pool and rec hall are very well maintained for an older facility. The folks are hit or miss but there is always someone waving hi. The population has a large percentage of snow birds but almost every block has a few homes with year round residents. If you are social they do have group activities to keep you occupied, many at no or little cost.
