Great park new park manager definitely making huge improvements there.. If your looking for a place to move your trailer to or buy one this is a great place to look... Not a much of riff raff like most trailer parks you see.. close to all the stores and easy on easy off of hwy 10.. All the schools are right across the street..

It's a trailer park . Private and small . Rents good price but the contract is a bit ridiculous . But overall it is a good place to start out or live short term. Could stay long term but that's a personal choice for you to make.

It seems like a ok place, but this trailer court's road is full of ice. I guess they can't afford to keep their roads in court cleaned off. You could slip and fall and hurt yourself if you go here in winter time.

Management is ok... Definitely could be better, but for the most part it is really not too bad, the rent is very affordable.
