Unbelievable! Constantly having to call for the same repairs over and over again and problems never getting resolved! I pay my rent on time and follow all park rules while seeing that my neighbors do not! When I say problems, I'm not talking about a leaking faucet or something small. I'm talking major things! The Air duct work was full of mold and mildew when I moved in. After a year of complaining they finally replaced it but then the real issues began! The duct work has continuously fallen off the bottom of my trailer and twice they came and said they fixed it but my power company charged me over $500 for a month and has inspected my meter. The solution from Sherwood Mobile Home Park was to put screws into my vents so that I could not see the fact that I was cooling the entire underneath of my home! My children and I have had constant allergy problems from the day we moved undue to the mold underneath our home! The plumbing backs up raw sewage into my kitchen sink every 3 months! This is the most poorly run place I've ever lived!
