Nice and generally quiet place to live. Neighbors keep to themselves. However, the lot rent continues to go up. It used to include trash and water. Now it's lot rent,gas, water (well water), electric, city tax, school tax, per pet charges and lease options that range quite a bit. Just make sure you read everything, ask lots of questions and take notes!

Under new ownership, management...park itself is somewhat rundown. Previous members put. Some newer homes in there to sell & rent. The park itself needs work especially their water or pipes...whatever causes the lousy taste. Make promises...I am glad I don't live there.

This is the worst place to live. When I live there it was bad. They might have cleaned it up hopefully. That was 6 years ago. The only thing nice is there sugar loaf lake right by where you can go swimming and fishing
