Just finished a week long stay here. We loved this campground! The pool was well maintained, along with the hot tub and splash pad. All the bathrooms were clean when we used them. The trolley was easy to get on and off. We also took advantage of the volley ball, basketball, and corn hole. My only advice would be to put a more solid fence near the volley ball, as it would roll out under the wooden one into others campsites. Also the staff was extremely friendly and helpful when asking for tips on what activities they recommend and food!
Aug 11, 2025 · Elicia HardenbrookEasy access to all entertainment. They have a trolley that brings you to old orchard beach. They have breakfast and dinner on site if you choose. There is a heated pool and hot tub! Both were super clean! The entire campground is small but very clean. There is a basketball court and corn hole area!the office/store is very clean and stocked well. The staff was very nice and helpful! You can also purchase firewood there and they will deliver it to your site! We stayed in a cabin it was amazing. So clean , had toiletries and fully stock cabinets. Just bring sheets and towels! Highly recommend it was a fantastic experience
Jul 25, 2025 · Aimee LozowskiThis campground is amazing! It's so well maintained! My family and I kept saying, we're going to be coming back here year after year! Great location and there's so many fun things to do here for the whole family! I definitely recommend this fantastic campground to all who love camping! Happy trails and many fun filled family days to all!
Aug 23, 2025 · Angelica HowlettThe camp itself is nice. Very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great and although our toddler didn't want to use the splash pad, it looked really fun. It's super close to the beach (10 minutes) and restaurants. The big downside is how close everyone is to each other. We were surrounded by a very large group that had about 6 spots around us. They were incredibly loud and cursed worse than a trucker. Woke us up every night after midnight yelling at each other and getting into fights. Our neighbor in the cabin next to us stole all of our firewood (over 3 bundles that we paid for). So many people were smoking weed with their toddlers running around. Honestly, the people here for a family campground were obnoxious, at least in our section. I'd recommend this place, but would warn everyone about potential crappy neighbors.
Jul 06, 2025 · Amanda MassoThis was our 3rd year visiting. First two we had a camper, this year we stayed in a cabin. The cabins are a great size but the cleanliness wasn’t great. Dirt and pine needles behind the bathroom door and around the edges, I wouldn’t let my kids sit on the couch it was filthy took a wipe to it and it was black, and bed was very uncomfortable. Love the campground itself but wasn’t impressed with the cabins.
