Absolutely loved my time at this site! The water is crystal clear and perfect for beating the summer heat. My dogs had the best time swimming around. My camp site was clean and came with a picnic table and fire ring. The owner, Blair Quarles, was extremely helpful and easy to work with. 10/10 will be returning and recommending!
This property is beautiful and Blair is an amazing host. The property has all kinds of hiking options on it, and is conveniently located to other hiking options and grocery stores. We stayed in the Creekside Safari tent which makes camping just a little bit more comfortable while still giving you the full camping/sleeping outside experience. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a mountain get away. My fiancé and I got engaged on this property, so it will always be special to us, and we will definitely be returning in the future!
We loved this campground! We did tent camping at Locust Lodge. Blair was great and had frequent and fast communication. Being in a gated area added a nice level of security. We loved having the fire pit, picnic table and being set right on the creek. Everything was really well maintained and peaceful. The outhouse was clean and great to have so close by. Definitely will be back!
Great hidden gem! Easily one of the most relaxing camping sites I’ve ever been too. Blair did an amazing job at hosting and ensuring his property meets all his guests wants and needs.
Beautiful and great infrastructure.
