I almost left a one star so I would always have a place to stay, but I couldn’t: 5 stars it is. It was quiet even with many campers. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The laundry which I didn’t use but could see was as well. The grounds were clean. And the staff were very friendly and had a presence in the park. It was easy to get around with the trailer and easy to park. They had all the amenities that we needed. This will be the place we stay when we head toward Dallas and we will be doing so a few times a year. I do highly recommend this RV ranch.

Great RV park!! Very Clean and well kept. Great location, short drive to Fort Worth or that other city to the east…. Customer service is top notch!! I might misspell a couple names here but Manager Nevin is great. Very personable. Been there a long time and knows all the residents. Asst Mgr Tempi is awesome!!! She runs a tight ship and that’s what makes the place a great place to stay whether long term or just a few nights. If you are a rowdy sports team or a group looking to play loud music and party all night. Look elsewhere, she will have you out of there after the first couple peeps! Becky is another good one! Definitely five stars!!

We've been here for a bit. Found the location to be easy access to hospital, grocery, retail, etc. They also have a great little store on sight as well. The laundry room / Bath houses are well maintained and we always find them kept clean as well as the property itself. The office staff is very personable and make you feel at home. They seem to have a great team. Highly recommend Texan RV Ranch for a night, week or long term even. We plan to stay longer as we've been really pleased with our stay.

I have stayed here with my 5th wheel RV for a few months as I work in the local area. I have enjoyed using the General Store that they have on the premises andhave also enjoyed the use of the propane services. I really enjoy knowing I can leave my empty propane bottles at my lot and staff will refill them and bring the filled propane back to my site. I've found the facility to be quiet for being so close to US287. I also want to say that interacting with staff has been a pleasant experience too. I am very happy here. Thank you for everything Texan RV Ranch.

Second time staying in the park for a few months at a time, not sure if ownership changed between stays but there was noticeable differences this go around. The spot we had was pretty good, mostly level and along the fence line. We paid extra for a spot with a patio and we're met with a glorified pallet while the other sites next to us had pavers. The pallet was removed the last week of our 3 month stay for some unknown reason. We received two emails about a month apart, one warning us of speeding and the other was a fine for speeding. When I received the fine, I asked how they determined it was me or my partner, how they could verify the vehicle, and how they could verify the speed. After emails back and forth I was told that "several" people had complained about our speed, but no proof was provided even upon inquiry. We are very careful about our speed, and it would be hard to drive more than 10mph through the park with the amount and frequency of pot holes/washouts. I was told that I would receive video proof, but still have not and was fined anyway. I also was not very fond of the multiple instances of gunshots in the area. I'm assuming it was due to the pack of coyotes that live in the area (could hear them screaming some nights) but it was unnerving nonetheless. There was also a nearby home that would blast music until 2am. I would have called a noise complaint but the park is very adamant that no one should call the police (odd rule). Next time we end up in the DFW area, we will be staying elsewhere.
