Even though it's in a fenced in/gated community, it has quite alot of thievery around the outside area's along with numerous police calls. Good thing is, I always see cops around the area and near airbase.
A lot of work has been put into Oaks Park. I think it a nice place to live. It has an outstanding manager that keep the park running smoothly.
