While it's primarily an RV park, the availability of "cabin D" (and presumably other cabins) demonstrates a commitment to providing comfortable alternatives. The description of Cabin D as "very nice, comfy and like home" speaks volumes about the quality and thoughtful amenities provided. This makes it an excellent choice for individuals or families who prefer a more traditional lodging experience, perhaps for a temporary work assignment, a longer vacation, or even during a home renovation. The promise of rebooking ("We will book again") is the strongest endorsement, indicating a high level of satisfaction and a desire to return to this welcoming haven.
The dedication to creating a pleasant and accommodating environment is evident in the positive sentiments shared by guests. The Oaks on Bussey truly focuses on ensuring that visitors "enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again very soon!" Customer Reviews
Beautiful, quiet campground! It was so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again very soon!
We stayed in cabin D. It was very nice, comfy and like home. We will book again
We were there this weekend fishing and stayed in cabin A , we spent almost the entire day on the lake fishing , we came in just long enough to grab a sandwich and get back to fishing ! the beds were not all that comfortable but it was a place to lay your weary head ! But washing your own dishes , stripping the beds and sweeping the floors seems a little odd to me ! But we did all they asked including taking the trash to the dumpster !
New bathhouse and great lots. Conveniently located next to the Bussey landing. You can walk to the boat docks and fish as well. Beautiful spot a short drive from Bastrop.
