This mobile home park is well run and very quiet. Excellent support from staff. Background checks are required. Lot rent is around $275 monthly. Dumpster on site or you can contract with Waste Management.

Okay I have lived down the street since 1987 and I have one complaint and that is that nobody should have speed bumps that are so big that they almost ripped the bottom of your car out despite how slow you're actually going I can't tell you how many times my car has bottomed out and I keep waiting for the day for something to get broken off. And I have to say that despite what others may say about how pretty it looks and how they brought all this that into the neighborhood, the actual neighborhood seems to be disappearing and being replaced with bad things so I think if anybody wants to really help make this neighborhood better then let's get some security cameras up and monitor people getting robbed I think that's a little bit more important

Look this is a great place to live and the cost is very reasonable
