Based on the provided customer reviews, The Trails At Cimarron does not explicitly detail any ongoing promotions or special offers in terms of traditional discounts or limited-time incentives on lot rentals or home purchases. In the context of mobile home parks, the "special offer" often comes in the form of a more accessible entry point into homeownership or a comparatively affordable living solution within a desirable metropolitan area. The value proposition is typically built around the long-term cost benefits of manufactured home living versus traditional housing.
However, a significant, implied "special offer" for potential residents, especially in today's market, might be the apparent improvement in management and customer service. The positive feedback about the "new Manager" being "very professional and pleasant to speak with" suggests a renewed focus on resident satisfaction. This can be more valuable than a temporary discount, as attentive and responsive management contributes significantly to a positive and stable living environment. For those considering purchasing a home, the prospect of a more supportive management team can be a major incentive.
It is always recommended that prospective residents directly contact The Trails At Cimarron to inquire about current lot rental rates, details on any manufactured homes available for sale or rent within the community, and to discuss any specific move-in programs or long-term benefits they may offer. They can also clarify the current status of any community improvements mentioned in reviews, such as landscaping, to get the most up-to-date and personalized information.
If The Trails At Cimarron in Irving seems like a potential community for your next home in Texas, reaching out directly to their management team is the best way to get all your questions answered. Given the positive comments about the new manager, you can anticipate a professional and informative interaction.

Customer Reviews
I moved in June 2023, first day here I noticed my driveway was the only one with asphalt, others were ALL concrete. I was told they couldn’t put concrete because of the gas line underneath… well the sign for the gas line is towards the back of the home, more towards my neighbor .. not the front. Even then, they would still have to break into my asphalt IF it was underneath anyway. The driveway is not leveled. I’ve complained constantly to Isa that rain floods my driveway causing me to walk on standing water, can’t exit my car, can’t get down the steps before reaching water. Below, the pictures show the reflection of the water. I always get told “I’ll reach out to construction” .. it’s been 6 months. In the month of September, I emailed the manager that half of my kitchen had no power, until now I’ve never gotten a response. Gladly, I work in the industry and was able to get maintenance from MY job to come do repairs for me. The response time here is poor. Not to mention, all residents were told grass installation would be done in the month of September 2023. As of last week, they racked up all the grass and dumped a bunch of rocks in my home, I bet everyone else will get grass though, as I can see them bringing in rolls of grass. I am starting to regret my decision on purchasing a home here. I’m not sure if it’s because i’m a young homeowner that they don’t take me serious? At this point I don’t want to believe that they are this poor in communication.
I came into the office to request an exterior modification request and I meet the new Manager very professional and pleasant to speak with. I would recommend my family and friends to to but there.
I stay there was comfortable while under New Management that gave me all the help that was needed and I would recommend this residence to anyone in the area
Carmen was extremely good she informed me about the community very well very nice lady love that she spoke Spanish and English
Beautiful community. Great clubhouse and pool. I came to view a home and the lady at the sales office (I believe her name is Issa) She was very professional and polite. She definitely knows her job. Took her time to show the home and around the property even though it was very hot and a busy day for her. Me and my wife will be back to checkout the new homes coming in November. I fell in loved with the community.
