We only stayed a week, but it was a nice location and not too far from some great eats and sweets, and we found some hiking as well." These reviews indicate that the resort generally delivers on its promise of a clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable environment. However, one specific concern about water quality during winter stays was raised, which will be addressed in the "Services Offered" section.

My filter couldn't clear it either. Wasted a filter trying." While the resort offers full hookups, this feedback indicates that guests, especially those staying during colder months, might encounter issues with rusty water. It is advisable for guests to bring their own water filters and potentially consider a pre-filter system for their RV, particularly during winter or if they have sensitive equipment.

Customer Reviews
The sites were clean, directions given were great. Everything else was fine. 4 vs 5 stars because of the water. I know camping in winter is dicey. But I'd expect a location that offers full hookups to purge the rust and gross from the water lines for scheduled stays before a customer arrives. Ran water for 7 minutes and it never cleared up, ran red rust-particles for the entire time as I attempted to purge the line. My filter couldn't clear it either. Wasted a filter trying.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was recommended to us by one of our Tiktok community members, and we had a great site and enjoyed the dog park. We only stayed a week, but it was a nice location and not too far from some great eats and sweets, and we found some hiking as well. Check out our full review on YT ("TK n Earl").
Had a stay at this resort. Staff very friendly very clean. A magnificent clubhouse. Had propane. Would come back over and over
This place should NOT be listed as a resort. Pros. Nice descent dog park. Cons. Worse roads coming in or out as well as campground, huge potholes. Bathrooms, mens sucked, water nasty from sulfur and iron, no way to adjust to take showers, either cold or hot. There week and didn't look like restroom was cleaned, no toilet paper for days. Golf carts, bright lights couldn't sit outside. Never knew who host were, no uniforms. It's more of a trailer park setting with permanent people, quiet hour is midnight, really and if your one of the locals staying there, you can be loud as long as you want. Partying still after 2am. In the transit area for like overnight stays, when it rains, you'll get water, like a river or lake. We will NEVER return to this campground.
Well maintained, a little on the pricey side but not bad for the area. We stayed for 3 weeks with no issues. Decent spacing between spots, multiple play areas for kids tho the main stuff is towards the front of the park. They have stuff going on every weekend from food trucks to game nights, but it's not noisy when activities are going on. I have stayed at places you can hear the activities through the whole park late into the night but that was not the case here.
