DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDEE THEY MORE WORRIED ABOUT PUTTING MORE NEW TRAILERS IN INSTEAD OF FIXING THE DAMN ROAD they just put a little dirt in the potholes few days laters is the same, had one them argue with my sister in law and started cussing and yelling at her 🙄
My husband and I were given the impression that if we paid the application fees and gathered $1800 (3 months rent) we would be able to move our home there. Upon gathering the money and meeting requirements, they informed me that they no longer have a spot. Wasted a month of precious time that I could've been finding other arrangements on trying to jump through their hoops for nothing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THE APPLICATION!!!
Peeler storage units is what this review is about. Apparently they changed names or something. They have been notified of chewed up expensive shoes and I showed her shoes something with big teeth ruined plus told her about furniture and clothing, pictures etc. ruined so many things and mice urine and feces on everything and bugs... she said, "in Tennessee we don't have to do ANY pest control". They sure forget to tell you that when renting and they will tack on fees the very day you don't pay... no grace periods. Awful place to rent units and they don't treat your belonging like they'd want theirs taken care of.
If you’re thinking about applying to live here, be prepared to be ignored. We went and toured two homes and loved the second so we immediately applied the next day (a Wednesday). We paid $50 application fee each (myself and my husband) and waited. We called a few days later and asked when we would hear back and we’re told we should hear something by Tuesday. Called back on Wednesday after not hearing back and we were told background checks were never run. The manager ran them and said it should be a couple of days and they would give us a call, BUT that the house we had looked at was given to someone else already. Thankfully we found an actual house with a hard elsewhere for the same price because it’s been nearly a month since we applied and we have STILL not heard from anyone. They got $100 from us and that was that. A simple call to let us know why we weren’t approved would have sufficed, but to spend $100 and then not hear a word after being given the run around…..I do NOT recommend this place at all.
I visited there over a year ago and the road was filled with pot holes. Very serious deep and wide pot holes. You would think this would be cleared up by now, but visited there this am to find the pot holes are much worse and pulling in and out off of the highway is downright dangerous. A huge crater on each side and only a tiny space with drivers all trying to get in and out on that little space which is not wide enough for a car. This is dangerous and could cost someone their life. It needs immediate attention. This is inexcusable.
