Great Place Good People Only place I Know Of Close to Beaches Close to Town and you own Land (Coop) and all For HOA $149.50 Month This Place is Clean well cared For And The Last Hidden Gem on Treasure Coast

It's the only 55 plus community not too far from Hutchinson Island where you can actually own a piece of the park meaning for a modest investment you own 120th share in the park which from a real estate investment aspect is a great deal another words it is a co-op with land great concept!
