Neighbors are very nice but management is not oh they will be to get you in there but then there terrible. Took 3 months to get a cover for dryer vent and only then after I said I was going to fix it myself. The water bill was outrageous we complained then they came over and found a leak after we paid 4 months of high bills and when we moved out they wouldn't give us back our security deposit and said we left the place a mess but I have the pictures to show we left that place in move in condition and to finish they put us in collections for a $126 after ripping us off for a $1000 would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I like it here. Everyone for the most part is very nice and no one bothers me. The homes are nice, I love having a driveway, a shed, my own little yard, and no one above or below me disturbing me with noise or cigarette smoke. The prices are affordable also. I'm happy I moved here.

Twin Oaks 2 Very cute place. A lot of the trailer homes are really beautiful. I have a friend that lives there, and I hear that the lot fees are not that bad but I really wouldn’t know. I think She pays like $350.00. However the people who run the place act like it’s a California Country Club even though it’s just your basic trailer park. Be careful make sure you get everything in writing and you understand all of their rules clearly, especially their pet policy which they decide to change whenever it appeases them. I had stayed here with my friend about 8 years ago, and they tried to say that I couldn’t walk my dog. 😦 But don’t take my word for it like I said it was 8 years ago.
