All's they do is harass you & write you up. Park rent is ridiculous 500.00 a month. They have nothing better to do but drive around and write u up, on everything you do wrong. God for bid they say, oh your lawn looks nice, anything negative, there at your door. They pick and choose who they write up.
Aug 12, 2024 · SHORTFUZE BUNNELL (Shortfuze)Absentee landlords-no maintenance of roads, no enforcement of rules. Police are often in the park for drug offenses. Speed limits, dog size, noise, NOT enforced. New homes being crammed into small lots and further expansion planned. Owners are currently in state mandated rent review for jacking up rents and not supplying maintainence. Playground, gazebo, all gone-water has been shut down 3 times in one year for lack of replacing old pipe system.
