While specific, publicly advertised promotions can vary and are best confirmed directly with the park, mobile home communities like Leesburg Landing often structure their offerings in ways that provide value and incentives for residents. Prospective residents should inquire about the following typical arrangements:

  • Competitive Lot Rent: The primary "promotion" is often the affordable monthly lot rent itself, designed to provide a cost-effective housing solution compared to traditional real estate.
  • Long-Term Lease Agreements: Inquire about the benefits of signing longer-term leases (e.g., annual) versus month-to-month options. Longer terms might offer greater stability in pricing.
  • Inclusion of Services: Confirm what is included in the monthly lot rent. Many mobile home parks include services like trash removal, and sometimes water and sewer, which can represent a significant saving on monthly utility bills.
  • New Resident Incentives: Occasionally, parks may offer special move-in incentives or reduced rates for the first few months for new residents, particularly if they are bringing a new or newer manufactured home into the community.
  • Seasonal Rates: For those considering seasonal "snowbird" stays, inquire if there are specific rates or packages for multi-month winter rentals, as these can be more cost-effective than combining daily or weekly rates.

To obtain the most accurate and up-to-date information on any current promotions, available homes for sale or rent within the community, or specific details on lot rent and inclusions, it is highly recommended to contact Leesburg Landing directly. I dread H.O.A communities. Contractors should refuse service in these areas. I really wish somebody would lawyer up and put these people in their place. They're always on a power trip trying to get away with questionable activities. The whole driver's license fiasco was borderline illegal. They can look at it sure. But they're not allowed to document or make copies of that information. Huge privacy issue and makes no sense especially since the real authorities can find out everything about you from your license plate or company name. All the cameras and audio recordings for (your safety) absolutely astounding. What a manipulative way to try an imprison people. Long story short . Avoid this place like the plague.

We have lived in the park for over 3 years, the park is very beautiful and well maintained, the grounds are well maintained and landscaped. There are many community events and potluck dinners that are held in the community center. Pool is heated to 88° in the winter months, and very well maintained. Management recently resurfaced the shuffleboard courts, and added 2 corn hole courts. Pickle ball court was added last year, and they are in the process of adding horseshoe pits.

Do not move here all they do is harass the people here telling them they need to install water sprinklers and always changing the rules of the contracts the main issue is the management continues to tell people they will be evicted over and over many are trying to move there’s so many dumb rules related to the pool parking who can mow your lawn who can stay a few days. Not worth the money. I hope this helps hell you can even fish in the pond really enough said
