Old park loaded with old RVs. Dirt sites with questionable electric and sewer connections. Raised the price to $50 and not really worth it. Laundry on site and package delivery okay.

Nice quiet park with some large lots, including the one we’re on. Kevin is the pleasant, easygoing manager and William, his most helpful employee who helps park rigs in the appropriate lots and delivers packages to your door when they’re dropped off at the office. My wife and I are very pleased and content to be staying here.

I've been a residence of Villager 20 + years, seen managers come and go. Kevin and Sonya are the best. They maintain a clean, neat park. They care about the residents but don't put up with anyone causing trouble. We have a nice clubhouse, clean restrooms and laundry. My recommendation is come and stay !

We stayed a month with 2 small dogs. Staff is very friendly. Bathrooms need work. Shower was cleaned once during our stay. I could tell by a soap bar chunk that was in a corner and the mold growing. But water was hot and it was nice to have a shower to use. Everyone cleans up after their dogs. I will stay again.
