The walkers are very very very respectable people. I have seen the landlord do his very best to help tenants and families. He is a hard worker and never once would i have anything bad to say. Great quiet place for small families and singke people. I would give this a 10 stars if possible. Thank you for all you do Mr. Walker. We appreciate you and your kind heart! I love it. Its teLly laid bCk and people mind there own business.the landlord is respectful and not all in your Business unless needed. I would rather cut my own grass and keep up my own yard. A great piece of land and larger than typical yards for each trailer. Water and trash pickup is included. You’re responsible for you own yard work and electricity. Rent is weekly. And many times he has worked with me to delay late charges and most of the time drops them all together. The younger than usual landlord is committed and works on the trailers every day. It is currently under renovation and the trailers are older models so some are not in the best shape. I give the landlord 5 stars and the actual mobile homes 2 stars.
