Webb Lake Resort primarily caters to seasonal campers, and as such, its pricing structure and "promotions" are generally centered around long-term stays rather than nightly or weekly discounts often seen at transient campgrounds. The value here lies in the comprehensive amenities and the established community that come with a seasonal commitment.
The core pricing for seasonal campsites at Webb Lake Resort for 2025 is structured as follows:
- Seasonal Site Without Septic: $4,050 + 5.5% tax (Total: $4,272.75 including tax)
- Seasonal Site With Septic: $4,500 + 5.5% tax (Total: $4,747.50 including tax)
These rates cover the entire seasonal period, offering an affordable way for families to enjoy extended periods at their "Up North" retreat. While specific short-term "promotions" are not typically advertised, the resort itself states that it "does not offer overnight camping," confirming its focus on seasonal and family-oriented stays. This means that booking a "weekend spot" as mentioned in one review likely refers to a guest spot within a seasonal camper's arrangement, rather than publicly available short-term rentals.
Prospective seasonal campers should directly contact the resort to inquire about current availability, any specific seasonal incentives that might be offered for new long-term commitments, or details on guest policies for seasonal residents. The resort's website encourages filling out a "Contact Us" form for booking seasonal campsites, indicating a direct, personalized approach to securing a spot in this sought-after community.

Customer Reviews
Love this place, have been camping here for years. 3 cousins have seasonal spots so we are blessed to be their guests in the guest spots. Very homey. Nice pool and super nice bathrooms and showers. Weekend spots could be a bit more level. Price is the highest per night we have experienced but we get fun family time.
Beautifully maintained and managed by awesome people. Bruce and Cathie are great folks and always willing to help people. Close community with great people!
Love the location, close to the ATV trails. Restaurant on site, pool and walking distance to the lake. They have lots of social gatherings and pretty friendly people.

So sad that this fabulous campgrounds removed the weekend camp sites... It was a place that cousins would all camp a few times a year and enjoy with a seasonal camper.
