Fantastic water source makes up for the angled terrain of camp. Plenty of trees makes it great for hammocks, but the sloped tent pads is less ideal for ground sleepers.
Oct 03, 2024 · Regina WolfeThis is a good site located above the gurgling Poplar River. The trail runs between the river and the campsite. I do remember the tent pads being somewhat inclined, but it didn't cause me any problems.
Sep 20, 2019 · Gregory WachmanGood location, but there are only a couple areas to set up tents, and the site is mostly slanted. Still a lovely area.
Oct 16, 2017 · MarkNot real flat. But, chill and close to the river.
