Customer Reviews
Good place to live I presume if you can afford over nine hundred dollars a month lot rent.
If I was abel and there were a Starbucks closer I would move there quickly it's so beautiful
I rented lot 347 for 18 years. I did the signage for Westbury for several years & even painted 200 × 20ft fairey mural inside manager's home on top of the hill. Managers came & went over the years. The latest pair (julie and husband) were different. The man was great, but the woman not. Lost 2 businesses back to back after the smokies burnt down & told julie I was traveling to CALIFORNIA, where my rich half-brother lives. Promised I would bring lots of $ back. Even won $10,000 lottery ticket! Only he knew about it & packed my bags & put me on bus back to TN. I was robbed in NM of absolutely Everything. Here I was robbed of my home by Julie aided by Sevierville cops. Who also robbed me of my 407 commercial art booth. On live streaming video & many camera phones I was given 10 min to load my stuff & go. Several lawsuits pending now. I bought app for criminal records & discovered 75% of sex offenders reside at Westbury Oaks. I already was aware of a problem since I raised 6 kids over the years & boarded up all my windows to keep the post office neighbor from peeping in. I didn't fit in with all the druggies & thieves centered at Westbury Oaks so I was a target. The last year I parked elsewhere to prevent more vandalism on my vehicles. Westbury Oaks is now a HORRIBLE place to try to live.. so I guess when the DA tells me he doesn't know how my trailer I had paid so far $35,000 already belonged to somebody else already.. just as well. The trailer park is not a safe place to live at all.
I had seen many lots but the majority were not trimmed.
All around great place to live
